RESEARCH SUMMARY

Grounded in What
Workers Told Us

The program's first stage included a literature review and analysis of 136 survey responses, helping Unions NT build an evidence base to inform future activities and priorities. Following completion of the initial research and grant reporting, the program has secured an extension — drawing on those lessons and working with affiliated unions to identify where it can have the greatest impact.
